REPUBLIC ARMED FORCES (RAF)
RECRUIT CADET (RC1-3) TRAINING
Recruit Cadets will go through three (2) “days” of training, and one "day" of testing. Each day’s exercises will be listed in this document. For Recruits, it's recommended you follow this guide closely.
If a Recruit is not the tier required for a session, I.E. a RC1 in a RC2 training, or they do not meet the requirements or expectations, They should be held back from promotion until they perform to expectation.
Please note that even though Recruit Cadet Training is only three (3) days, it does not mean it will be less strict. All Recruit Cadets MUST be extremely disciplined, and professionally trained. Following orders is a key factor in our clan, especially in Official Clan Events. If this can not be abided by, then the said Recruit Cadet(s) WILL be dropped. Please keep this in mind - “Quality over Quantity.”
