Republic Armed Forces (RAF) Official Constitution
Preamble: The members of the Republic Armed Forces (RAF) must act well disciplined and mature in and out of clan activities. Each member has a duty to serve the Republic Armed Forces to the best of their abilities.
Article I: The R.A.F. High Command consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense and Branch Secretaries and their respective branch Executive Officers.
Article II: The R.A.F. High Command members will remain the same throughout the life span of the clan. The reasons new High Command members are selected are if they leave, they become really in-active or they get removed by the other High Command members.
Article III: The R.A.F. High Command will vote on certain issues depending upon what issues arise within the R.A.F.
Article IV: Each month at least 1-2 times a month all members of the High Command meet to discuss important issues involving the members, clan itself and the community.
Article V: The R.A.F. High Command shall be the selected jury on important issues in the R.A.F. Criminal Justice System.
Article VI: The Republic Armed Forces (RAF) must live up to the fact that we are a respectable clan and a clan that has minimum toxicity, both internally and externally.
Article VII: The Republic Armed Forces (RAF) values diversity and inclusion among the Halo Community and the Xbox Community as a whole. Therefore, the R.A.F. shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
